If you have any questions about our policies please use our contact form to get in touch with us. Most of our business is by referral so our goal is to complete projects on-time within budget in the best interest of the client.
Refund Policy
Please ask us about our refund policy based on what service or product 888 Venture Group LLC is providing.
If products have shipped or you have generated a hosting account, started programming or design services there is a No Refund Policy unless otherwise specified in your contract.
Return Policy - Business Cards
If you have signed off on your business card designs there is no refund policy. It is your decision to move forward and release the creative to the printers. Please make sure there is no information is omitted on the final sign-off document.
Return Policy - Website
Once the Website is generated any setup fees are forfeited and hosting monthly billing is initiated. If you wish to cancel your hosting contract you must give us a minimum of 30 days notice. Any programming, design fees or multimedia services that have been rendered are non-refundable.
Please review all contracts before signing it is your responsibility to read, initial and sign all contracts before you agree to them. Once the contract is signed we commit resources to your project.
Shipping Questions
Please inquire for shipping prices based on specific products. Business Cards are less expensive to ship than 8.5 x 11 flyers. Also be aware rush order will incur a premium fee based on how fast you need the product.
Our normal shipping time for print materials is 7-14 days. Ordering near on holidays or weekends will cause delays.
We will be happy to quote your shipping price in advance of your order. If you are ordering multiple products we can schedule all items to ship together to save you $$$$. Ask us how.
